Insignia consists of a stamped brass wreath approx. 2.50 inches wide with a central bar of white metal supporting the letters “USWV” for United Spanish War Veterans. At top is the organization number “25.”
Reverse has long pin for attaching to a hat.
There were several different Spanish American War organizations and they eventually merged to form the USWV. [ad]
