Ivory colored silk ribbon has blue lettering that reads, “33rd ANNIVERSARY 108^TH N.Y. VOLS., NEWPORT HOUSE, AUG. 19, 1895”.  In the center is an image and the name, “GEN. F.E. PIERCE”. Ribbon measures approx. 7” long x 2 ¼” wide. Some fraying is present on the ends. Ribbon is very clean.   [SM]
