Ivory colored silk ribbon has blue lettering that reads, “33rd ANNIVERSARY 108TH N.Y. VOLS., NEWPORT HOUSE, AUG. 19, 1895”.  In the center is an image and the name, “GEN. F.E. PIERCE”. Ribbon measures approx. 7” long x 2 ¼” wide. Some fraying is present on the ends. Ribbon is very clean.   [SM]
