Top hangar is a decorative brass frame with a celluloid insert that reads, “MEMBERS”. Pin is present on reverse. Originally suspended from this is a red colored silk ribbon with silver lettering that reads, “THIRTY-SECOND REUNION OF BATTERIES H. & C. 3RD N.Y.VOLUNTEER LIGHT ART’Y”. There was more lettering below this but ribbon has split and it is illegible. Attached to this with a brass ring, is a round brass famed medallion with an image of a veteran. Entire length measures 4 ¾”. Some fraying is present on the ends of ribbon, and top has completely split from hangar.    [SM]
