Tin backed celluloid button with a picture on the front of an equestrian statue of Major General George Gordon Meade.
Suspended from the button are two thin ribbons, one blue and one white. The blue ribbon has “SOCIETY ARMY OF THE POTOMAC” in gold while the white ribbon has “WASHINGTON, D.C. MAY 2, 1907.”
Ribbons have light surface dirt and the white ribbon is partially separated over the number “7.”
Will still display well in a case.
