Top bar is stamped “16^th N.H.V.” Bar is decorated around its edges with a linear design. Back has the pin and a bar for suspending a ribbon that is now gone. Suspended from the top bar is a Maltese cross with an octagon at center. Cross is plain except for linear design that matches the top bar. Item is made of silver and is in very good condition.
