Blue ribbon with gold printing meas. approx. 7.25 inches long x 2.25 inches wide. At center is a GAR star with “DEPT. OF THE POTOMAC  G.A.R.” at top and “50^TH ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT FEBRUARY 1918.” Reverse has nice small maker’s label. Gold printing has some light wear only otherwise it is very nice.
