Very good overall condition.  Top bar reads “SCRANTON / JUNE 1911”.  Has pin on reverse; short red ribbon is attached, with bar below reading “REPRESENTATIVE”.  Below this is a circular medal with “45^TH NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT DEP. OF PENNSYLVANIA G.A.R.” around edges and bust of a man at center.  On the reverse of the medal is a depiction of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument located in Scranton.
