Red ribbon with silver lettering. Ribbon meas. approx. 2.00 inches wide x 5.50 inches long. The ribbon reads “DEPARTMENT OF CONNECTICUT 46TH NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT G.A.R. LOS ANGELES, CAL. SEPT. 9-14, 1912.”
Ribbon has swallow-tailed bottom and has some light surface dirt over the face. Reverse still has the original pin at top and a strip of paper where is was once glued in an album. Ribbon has no separations or tears.
