Red, white & blue silk ribbon attached to 5 star GAR brass badge with pin attached to reverse. Overall measures 5” x 2”. Gold lettering on ribbon reads, “ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT / DEPT. OF UTAH / G. A. R. / OGDEN, MAY 15, 1905”. Very good condition, some fraying to end of ribbon.
