Red, white and blue silk flag pattern ribbon with brass bar at top with celluloid center reading “DELEGATE” in blue letters. Attached below is a circular drop with a scroll edge, with a celluloid center with veteran’s photo. In gold lettering on the ribbon is “19TH ANNUAL / ENCAMPMENT / DEP’T OF IDAHO / G. A. R. / FAYETTE / JUNE 26-28, 1906”. Bottom drop has maker mark on reverse, “THE M.C. LILLEY & CO. / COLUMBUS, O.” Overall measures 4 ¾ ” x 2 ¼”. Very good, clean condition.
