Black silk ribbon measures 8” x 2 ½” overall. Celluloid seal at top with pin on reverse; attached below is a smaller red, white and blue silk ribbon with metal and celluloid drop below. Silver lettering on black ribbon reads, “ERUSTUS BUCK POST NO. 76, G.A.R. ISLAND POND, VT.”. Silver bullion fringe attached at bottom. Overall very good condition; some surface dirt present. No date stamped on ribbon. Reverse has the manufacturer’s label.
