Top hangar reads, “HARRISBURG / JUNE / 1910” around a G.A.R. seal. Original pin is on reverse. A red ribbon is suspended between the upper and lower components. The lower bar reads, “REPRESENTATIVE”. Suspended from this is a thick round medal with “44th ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT DEP. OF PENNSYLVANIA G.A.R.” around a bust of whoever the commander was that year. Reverse features the PA State Capitol building. Entire length measures 3 7/8”. In good condition with a minor stain on the ribbon. [jet]
