Printed in gold on the ribbon is “CONVENTION / HALL / SARATOGA SPRINGS / JUNE 1902”. Suspended from the ribbon is a thick round medal with “DEPARTMENT COMMANDER / CHARLES A. ORR” around his bust. Reverse reads, “36TH ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT, DEPARTMENT OF NEW YORK G.A.R.” Entire length measures 4 ¼”. In very good condition. [jet]
