Top hangar reads, “EASTON / JUNE / 1916” around a G.A.R. seal. Original pin is on reverse. A red ribbon is suspended between the upper and lower components. The lower bar reads, “REPRESENTATIVE”. Suspended from this is a thick round medal with “COMMANDER JOHN A. FAIRMAN” around a bust of his likeness. Reverse features a wreath and reads, “49th ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT DEPT. OF PENNA. G.A.R. EASTON JUNE 1915”. Entire length measures 3 7/8”.  In very nice condition.   [jet]
