Top hangar reads, “HARRISBURG / JUNE / 1916” around a Pennsylvania seal. Original pin is on reverse. A red ribbon is suspended between the upper and lower components. The lower bar reads, “REPRESENTATIVE”. Suspended from this is a thick round medal with “COMMANDER C. F. GRAMLICH” around a bust of his likeness. Reverse features a wreath and reads, “50th ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT DEPT. OF PENNA. G.A.R. HARRISBURG JUNE 1916”. Entire length measures 3 7/8”. There is a ½” split in the ribbon at the lower bar, otherwise in very good condition. [jet]
