Brass, spread-winged eagle hangar has, “BINGHAMTON” in raised letters. Original pin is present on reverse. Attached to this is a red silk ribbon with gold lettering that reads, “D. OF C.W.V. DELEGATE”. Ribbon has a few very small areas of wear. Suspended from ribbon is brass medal with an image of the G.A.R. star and wording that reads, “NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT / G.A.R. JUNE 9-10-11 1931 / BINGHAMTON, N.Y.”.
