Top bar is enameled red and has “DETROIT” in gold across its face. Pin on back. Suspended from this is colorful shield with the Massachusetts State Seal done in blue, white and gold. The lettering around the shield reads “DEPT. OF MASS. TO NATIONAL GAR ENCAMPMENT.” A very attractive piece in good condition.
