Album meas. approx. 7.50 x 9.50 inches. This album contains approx. 100 photos and is titled “FREEDOM WAR 1939-FRANCE.” Almost every photo has a caption. There are photos of France, Luxembourg and Belgium. There are shots of war damaged buildings, German soldiers, a few French tanks, one or two dead soldiers, soldier graves, a destroyed bridge with 2 trucks and armored personnel carrier, and a shot of what looks like an English Spitfire in flight. There are also a few shots of the WW1 monuments at Soisson along with some shots of Verdun. Soldiers are shown at work and at play on the coast. All the pages are bound well and between each page is a piece of rice paper. This album is in very good condition.
