Hard cover photo album that contains 60 pages of photos related to two men in the same family. One man was in the 705th Hospital Battalion and the other was in the 591st Infantry Battalion, 88th Division. There are approximately 400 photos in this album. Just some of the ubjects in this album are, German graves in France, ruins of French towns, soldiers with Schmeisser sub-machine guns inspecting French ruins near a dead horse, wrecked planes, British POWs being marched by a French tank, German bunkers on the Atlantic coast, ant-aircraft machine guns, fraternizing French woman, photos taken on Poland, German monument at Tanneburg, Russian woman lining up for food, destroyed Russian tank, destroyed statue of Lenin, Russian POWs, Russian Jewish ghetto and lots, lots more. Album is in very good condition. Some photos a loose but not many. Some also have writing on the back.
