Banner has white circle with swastika at center of a red field. The flag is outlined with a white cloth border while the bottom edge has twisted cloth fringe. Banner is shield shaped and is only printed on one side. Each corner has a mounting ring. Banner meas. approx. 30.00 inches across the top and 36.00 inches from the top edge to the tip of the point on the bottom. The cloth is in good condition as far as there being no rips or tears but there is moderate scattered staining from poor storage. Some of this might come off with light hand washing.
