These relics were recovered from the crash site of a German FW 190 aircraft. The location of the wreck is not known.
This is a small group of four pieces from the cockpit of the aircraft. Together they form three-quarters of the main instrument panel. Almost all of the original paint remains on the front
With the items is a page copied from a book showing the interior of an FW 190 cockpit with the pieces offered here circled to show where they were located in the plane. The one missing section is marked on the photograph with crosshatching.
Very interesting relics from one of the mainline World War Two German fighter aircraft. [ad]
