This is a rebuilt round of canister. Made from pieces found near Vicksburg, MS. Four tiers of iron canister balls are glued together and set between their proper canister plates; thin plate on top and thick plate on bottom. The reconstructed piece measures 4.15” tall x 3.35” in diameter. Coated with a clear preservative. [jet] [ph:L]
