Book is hardbound with half light and dark blue cloth covers. Front is decorated with full color crossed National and Regimental colors. Title is in gold on the spine. Front cover has several spots of sun fading.
Volume meas. approx. 6.25 x 9.25 inches and runs 397 pages with index. Interior is very clean.
Norton served for a time on the staff of Colonel Strong Vincent whose brigade is credited with saving Little Round Top for the Union cause at Gettysburg on July 2, 1863. [ad] [ph:L]
