Light aqua colored, large fruit jar is embossed, “YEOMAN’S FRUIT BOTTLE”. Bottle would have had a waxed cork closure. T.G. Yeoman was a prominent grower in Walworth, New York, and later became a prominent politician.
Irregularities and bubbles are present due to the hand blown glass process, which adds to the character of this piece.
Measures 9 ¾” tall by 4 ¼” at the base. No cracks or chips. [sl]
