This Bond is numbered 446 and was issued on the 6th of May 1862. There is am imprint of “Hoyer & Ludwig Richmond V.A.” The Bond features an equestrian state of George Washington on horseback on the capital grounds in Richmond, V.A. It has six coupons intact. This is a type 41 in the book CS Bonds by “Douglas B. Ball Ph. D.” [ws] [ph:L]
