This Bond was authorized by Act of Congress CSA on the 19th of August 1861, printed on white paper. The total number of Bonds issued were 1,200. This Bond is numbered 314 and was issued on the 6th of March 1863. It features a vignette of “J.P. Benjamin.” Also has six coupons intact. This is a type 91 in the book CS Bonds by “Douglas B. Ball Ph. D.”  [ws] [ph:L]
