Text: “Estimate of Quartermasters Stores needed by 1st Lieut. Jas. H. Lloyd, A. QM, 15th PA Cavalry for month of May 1864.” Lieut. Lloyd ask for 23 items, including Blacksmith Forges, water buckets, feed Troughs, wagon cover mule collars, and two gross ¾ inch roller buckles.
