Front cover features a full page action depiction of “Union Scouts In Louisiana.” Interior illustrations include “The Repulse of the Rebels At Pleasant Hill, Louisiana,” and a story of “The 19th Army Corps Crossing Cane River, Louisiana,” w/illustration.  Plus naval action, “The Rebel Ram Attacking Federal Gun-Boats at Plymouth, North Carolina.”

Exhibits mounting dots plus light chipping of left margin; minor tears/chipping on right and bottom edges of each page. Old modern tape repair to page 295/296, does not great detract. Else Good+, w/smooth cover. Solid “Louisiana” issue. In protective sleeve, w/white card backing. [jp/ld]
