Interior illustrations include “The Naval Contest Off Cherbourg Between the “Alabama” and the “Kearsarge,” June 19, 1864.” Also three illus. from Gen. Shermans Campaign—The Crest of Pine Mountain, Where Gen,. Polk Fell”—” Lost Mountain at Sunrise”—“View of Kennesaw From Pine Mountain.” Also a double page centerpiece collage celebrating “Our Flag.”
