This is a very good example of the type of bayonet used on the Model 1842 Musket. Measures approximately 20 ½” overall. This specimen features a bright finish overall with scattered dark spotting. Complete with locking ring and screw. Large “B” stamped on blade flat. [jet] [ph:L]
