Brass hilt with silver wire wrapped grips. Clam shell guard. Remnants of gilt on the hilt. 31 inch straight blade which is 3/4 of an inch wide at the hilt. Blade has a nice burnish with a few dark spots. Etched with foliage and the Prussian crown over "FR" on one side while the other shows the Prussian eagle. Blade has maker " P. Knecht" and "Solingen" on ricasso. No scabbard. [PE] [PH:L]
