This wiper was for the .69 caliber Potsdam musket. Wipers were screwed to ramrods to hold a patch or wad of tow to clean the gun barrel. This pattern is unusual as it has a male threaded end. Double “cork screw” design that tapers. Approximately 1.5” long and 0.63” in diameter. [jet] [PH:L]
