This die-struck rolled brass plate has a spread-winged eagle at center with a patriotic shield on his chest surrounded by a border of 12 stars and a garland of oak leaves. The face is in excellent condition and very clean.
Reverse has tongue and bar still attached. Bar has both of the retaining pins for attaching to a belt.
