This is an officer’s sword frog constructed of thin white buff leather. Measures 8.5” long by 3.75” at widest point. Leather is folded over and sewn to form a belt loop at the top. A pocket is formed to allow a sword scabbard to slide through.
Leather remains soft and pliable and is in very good condition. Lightly soiled from age and use. One small ¼” cut on bottom edge and one area with a period re-enforced stitch. [jet] [ph:m]
