The black bridle leather on this belt is very pliable. Belt meas. approx. 1.75 inches wide with a tooled line bordering each edge.
Plate is a two-piece tongue and wreath with a spread-winged eagle perched on a horizontal patriotic shield on the tongue and a wreath with a very pronounced laurel leaf decoration. The keepers on both sides of the plate have a linear decoration. Attached to the belt is a wide strip of leather that passes behind the plate to keep it from rubbing against the uniform.
Belt size is adjusted a brass tongue and keeper.
Belt is minus the drops
