This is a complete and very nice percussion cap pouch. The leather over the whole piece shows no wear. This pattern has the integral closing tab as an extension of the outer flap. The latch tab is unbroken. The interior flap is marked “R. NECE” and also has an oval sub-inspector’s stamp. Both inner “ears” remain in place. The fleece is present as is the pick. A number of percussion caps remain in the pouch. Bottom has brass finial. Both narrow belt loops remain in place on back and are stitched and riveted.
