Ca. 1850. "Muchoirs D'Instruction Militaire No. 3 Cavalerie/ Manufacture de E. Renault a Rouen." White linen scarf with .5" red bordering round the edges, measuring 28 x 29", with red circle within measuring 20" in diameter. Scarf is illustrated w/cavalry figures, bugle call sheet music, and cavalry instruction in French. Lower edge has .5" section of bordering torn off along most of the border. Else VG, and highly attractive.
