Album is missing cover. Has decorative title page labeled, “ALBUM”. Next is an index page with 23 names filled in. Binding is good with all pages intact. The edges of the pages are gold gilt which has retained some of its brightness.
Album contains 20 two-sided pages with a total of 66 images. There are a variety of men, women and children of all ages. Men are in civilian attire. These images are of individuals, couples and families together. A number of the images have Pittsburgh photographer imprints. Mostly post- Civil War but a couple are likely earlier.
Album measures approx. 8” x 10” x 2”.
