The bottom has a sea shell pattern at center with a scrolled top and a final at bottom. Frame legs are decorated with linear and geometric designs. Top has a child’s face at center of a recessed shell flanked by scrollwork and flowers and surmounted by a scrolled arch with acorn type finial.
