Both subjects in this CDV are seated. The soldier wears a dark shell jacket with corporal stripes and light trousers. His lady sits beside him and rests one hand on his shoulder. She wears a light colored dress with vertical dark stripes, a white lace collar, dark sash with buckle and dark half gloves.
Clarity is good but the contrast is on the dark side. Paper and mount have light surface dirt.
Reverse is blank. [ad]
