Image is clear but contrast is a bit on the light side.
Paper and mount have only light surface dirt. Mount corners are clipped.
Reverse has photographer’s imprint for J. STEHAN….. LANCASTER PA. There is also a cancelled blue 2 cent playing card tax stamp. [AD] [PH:L]
