Fired from a rifled 32 pounder gun, the iron ring sabot, sans about 9 inches. Has a rare iron CS paper time fuse adapter in excellent condition. One half of the projectile body has light pitting, other side heavy pock marks, along with iron sabot. Would display well on one side. Examples found in Virginia and Fort Fisher.
