Light olive green colored silk ribbon has black lettering that reads, "1862 VETERAN ASSOCIATION / 115th N.Y. VOLS. 12th REUNION / SOUTH GLEN FALLS, N.Y. AUGUST 25th, 1893". Center of ribbon features an image of a spread-winged eagle. Reverse shows original pin and maker's label from J.E. West Manufactures.
Ribbon measures 6.75" by 2.50". No holes or fraying but shows areas of discoloration. [sl] [ph:sl]
