Brass top bar has what looks like an axle with a cog at center and flowered ends. There is a riband above that reads “BOSTON 1890” and one below that reads “F.C.L.” for Fraternity, Charity and Loyalty.

Suspended just under the top bar by a single link is a copper circular medallion with a cradle at center with the number “76.”

Also suspended from the top bar by ten chin links on each side is a brass shield shaped drop with a raised decoration of a spired building. At bottom is “FANEUIL HALL” and above it is “WOMAN’S RELIEF CORPS.” Reverse of the drop reads “8TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AUGUST 1890.”

Behind the above is a gold ribbon approx. 3.50 inches long.
