Top is a fraternal cross with “1904” at center. Each arm of the cross holds a different symbol. One holds a rising sun, one holds shaking hands and the other two show angelic figures. Original stick pin remains on the reverse.
Suspended from this is a circular drop with a GAR membership badge at center with “MAY 18 & 19” and surrounded by “G.A.R. AND POTOMAC DAY HARTFORD CONNECTICUT.”
