Ornate bar at top with Grand Army of the Republic seal at center surrounded by "GETTYSBURG JUNE 1909." Pin present on reverse.
Suspended from this bar is a red ribbon that is in nice condition. Ribbon is approx. 1.50 inch long with bar at bottom that reads "REPRESENTATIVE." Below the bar hangs a circular drop.
The obverse has a bust engraving of a man and reads around the edges "43RD ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT DEPT. OF PENNA. GAR.” Reverse has a relief of Meade’s Headquarters.
