SOUTH CAROLINA DIVISION U.C.V. RIBBON 1909

$195.00 SOLD

Quantity Available: None

Item Code: 766-1771

United Confederate Veterans reunion pin with ribbons. A small celluloid pinback button at top shows a Confederate battleflag on a white or cream colored background. From this two narrow ribbons extend in an inverted V, both embossed with gilt lettering. The white/cream colored ribbon reads “SOUTH CAROLINA DIVISION U.C.V. The red ribbon reads, “JUNE 23-24, 1909, CHESTER, S.C.”

The white ribbon shows narrow edge loss above the “LIN” of Carolina and short edge tear above the H of south, but the condition overall is very good and very displayable with fully legible lettering. [sr] [ph:L]
