Model 31 liner which will fit the M40, M42 and reissued M35 helmets. The liner is a size 56 meant for use in a size 64 helmet. The band manufacturer is SCHUBERTH-WERK, D. R. P. 1940. The stamping of the size and the manufacturer are weak. The band has appropriate patina for its age. The inner metal ring has surface rust.  [ad] [ph:m/L]
