Carrying case is made of khaki canvas. The inside is stamped with a Canadian property mark and the makers name of “? T. & T. LTD. 1943.” There is also the last four digits of a number “2071.”
The case holds a heavy iron pick and shovel head. The shovel head is stamped “1942 CHILLINGTON” with a broad arrow. Iron is mostly clean with some minor surface dirt.
Pick/shovel handle is carried on the outside of the case held by two loops. Handle is present and in good shape. [AD] [PH:L]
