Original pack of ten-second time fuzes manufactured at the Frankford Arsenal in Philadelphia, PA during the Civil War.

Pack is constructed of a drilled wood block that holds five paper time fuses. Covered in a pale green preprinted label that reads “Frankford Arsenal / 1864 / 10 Second Fuzes” with instructions on how to open the pack.

Paper has minor stains and a couple of very small tears, otherwise good overall.   [jet][ph:L]
